Booking procedure

  • Do inform respective executive once you confirm the package and dates of arrival. They will be sending an email of all details including our account number as well link to transfer advance through our website. Our website accepts all major credit and debit card with an additional card charge of 2.5%. Once you transfer the advance, the booking will be initiated.
  • We check hotel availability and would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will arrange other hotels with cost difference.
  • Once booking is completed you will receive a Hotel voucher but it takes one to two-week delay depending on the rush as we need to get an email confirmation from hotels prior to sending the voucher.
  • Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival.
  • On arrival, you will be picked (Only for Cochin pick up) and will be taken to our Customer
  • Relationship Centre where we take pleasure to discuss the package to make sure that all commitments are clarified and will be collecting balance payment.
  • This experience helps the entire package to be much smoother and to have a better relationship between us, you can do balance payment as Cash, DD, Net transfer, Credit or debit card, but we do not accept the cheque.
  • If you don’t want to visit us or if your arrival is not at Cochin, please inform in advance and should do balance payment before arrival.
  • We will be providing all necessary documents during this visit.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

For Amendment

If the booking policy of hotel permits, we will try to amend a service without any extra charge and will depend on the availability of rooms. the tour you once commenced must adhere to the finalised itinerary and extra expenses if any has to be barred by the guest directly.

Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure

We invite the emails informing cancellation of the tour and the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. Refund for cancellation is as mentioned below with a minimum cancellation amount of Rs. 1000. Cancellation/retention charges as per respective hotel/houseboat/vehicle policy. All refund will be processed within two weeks on receipt of your email.
  • Above 30 days – 30% of advance amount paid
  • 29 to 8 days – 15% of advance amount paid
  • Less than 7 days or no show – NO REFUND
We will withdraw all the bookings there forth incase of nay unexpected incidents, hindering the tour and the refund depends on the amount which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund but will assist you in the best possible way.
